Job Summary
Providing technical support and serving as a point of contact for the Pharmacy Practice, the full-time remote Associate Account Executive will manage client task lists, assist in the development of RFPs, and collaborate with PBMs to ensure accurate pharmacy data reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organize client tasks and open items
- Assist in the development and distribution of RFPs, including coordinating vendor responses and preparing client reports
- Work collaboratively with PBMs to collect and report pharmacy data accurately and timely
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the industry, specifically with PBMs or similar
- Strong customer service skills and excellent computer proficiency
- Mathematical and technical expertise in managing and reporting monthly claim tracking results
- Strong working knowledge of financial arrangements and products available to clients
