Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Account Executive will manage Middle Market accounts, handling the renewal process, client service functions, and coordinating with team members to ensure client needs are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Service all aspects of the renewal process and new business preparation for clients and prospects
- Coordinate and participate in renewal strategy meetings, managing client submissions and deadlines
- Provide day-to-day client service, addressing inquiries and resolving accounting issues in partnership with colleagues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant work experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in training and guiding Junior Account Managers
