Associate Account Executive

Job Summary

Supporting the Account Team in delivering digital promotional marketing campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, the full-time Associate Account Executive will manage day-to-day tasks, project documentation, and client relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of client business and provides insights to the account team
• Creates initial drafts of account documentation, including briefs and presentations
• Schedules client meetings and ensures follow-up on meeting agreements and project quality

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of marketing or advertising agency experience
• Proficiency in business software (MS Office) and online tools
• Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and understand multichannel marketing
