Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager to partner with tier-one clients and develop eCommerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketplace strategies and growth initiatives for tier 1 clients, including developing annual brand strategies and overseeing Amazon business management
- Build client trust by educating them on successful practices in Amazon and other marketplaces, while managing various projects and internal teams
- Lead client communications, manage expectations, and contribute to agency thought leadership and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing with a strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and inspire a team effectively
- Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on aligning business goals and driving execution
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other essential tools
- Commercially savvy with a growth mindset and the ability to build strong relationships
