Job Summary

- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and manage escalations to ensure account health
- Collaborate with Technical Success Management to align commercial and technical strategies
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven experience managing complex, high-value relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform strategy
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
- Experience in SaaS or technically complex environments is a plus
