Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager, SMB.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business focusing on retention and engagement with restaurants
• Resolve merchant issues to prevent attrition and manage paused accounts effectively
• Provide marketing support and educate merchants on products to attract new diners and improve service quality

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably with restaurant owners
• Experience using computer applications, with familiarity in Salesforce.com or similar CRMs being a plus
• Must complete training and demonstrate proficiency in learned material
• Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to handle assignments and prioritize tasks as needed
