Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Account Manager responsible for managing a high-volume portfolio of Tier 4 client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive account retention and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs and maintain accurate account records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent practical experience will be considered
- 2-5+ years in customer success, account management, or retention-focused roles
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and trends
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and turn around challenging situations
