Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex benefit configurations, the full-time Associate Account Manager will independently handle new client implementations and critical renewals while telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage escalated benefit configuration work and new client implementations
• Provide guidance and support to analysts on benefit logic and system impacts
• Perform advanced data review and validation to ensure accuracy and compliance

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of PBM related experience
• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
• 3+ years of experience in complex benefit change analysis and system configuration
• Advanced proficiency in multiple systems including ServiceNow and RxClaim/NextGen
