Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting experienced Account Managers in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Associate Account Manager will assist with client communication, campaign operations, and analytics while progressing towards direct client ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day client communication and participate in client meetings as experience grows
• Assist with campaign operations including asset gathering, monitoring performance, and conducting audits
• Generate and schedule reports while troubleshooting discrepancies in analytics platforms

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Campaign Management, Customer Success, or a digital media role
• Exposure to programmatic advertising and familiarity with DSP platforms or analytics tools
• BA/BS in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills across multiple workstreams
• Eager to learn and collaborate across teams with a curiosity about AI tools
