Job Summary
Driving partner success in a fast-paced environment, the full-time remote Associate Account Manager will manage onboarding, nurture client relationships, and collaborate across teams to ensure partners maximize their use of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the onboarding lifecycle, managing pre-scopes and go-lives for partners
- Balance project management and ongoing account management to support a curated portfolio
- Build long-term relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage timelines and technical configurations
- A customer success mindset focused on helping partners succeed
- Impeccable organization skills to manage multiple moving pieces during onboarding
- Experience in a high-volume SaaS environment or driving retention across an SMB book of business
