Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

Providing pre-sale support to the Sales team, the full-time remote Associate Account Manager will manage requests for proposals, analyze campaign performance, and assist in creating media plans to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete requests for proposals (RFPs) within designated pods
• Analyze past campaign performance to provide media recommendations that align with client KPIs
• Assist the Account Manager with campaign setup and execution, ensuring delivery meets client specifications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in ad tech, customer success, or project management
• 1+ years of digital and/or mobile media experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and Salesforce
