Job Summary
Supporting the Account Manager in a full-time remote capacity, the Associate Account Manager will manage internal relationships, assist with client communication, and ensure successful campaign execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams to support account needs and campaign execution
- Assist in day-to-day client communication, including follow-ups and meeting preparations, while ensuring clients receive high-quality service
- Track account and campaign metrics, prepare reports, and support revenue management through accurate account documentation
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, account management, or a similar support role
- Exposure to digital campaign execution and reporting in a client-facing or cross-functional environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with the programmatic ecosystem, including ad-verification tools and DSPs, is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing internal and external expectations
