Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

To support community hospitals and small regional facilities, the full-time remote Associate Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, monitor account performance, and lead customer engagements to enhance value realization.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer relationships by serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring satisfaction with services
• Manage account performance by monitoring key metrics and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
• Lead customer meetings by developing reports and presentations, providing updates, and coordinating next steps

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM or account management tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Desire to develop strategic account management and customer leadership skills
