Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

To ensure exceptional client experiences, the full-time Associate Account Manager will manage client inquiries, provide administrative support to the sales team, and engage in effective communication while working both onsite and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, delivering detailed information about programs
• Provide administrative and organizational assistance to the marketing sales team, including appointment setting and calendar management
• Effectively communicate with clients across various channels, addressing issues and resolving complaints in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Marketing or Business; Bachelor's degree is a plus
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
