Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationships
Assist in the renewal process, policy checking, and certificate issuance
Deliver strong customer service, identify areas for efficiency improvement, and maintain a paperless workflow

Required Qualifications:

1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
Possess current and active P&C license
Accurate data entry skills and excellent typing abilities
Compliance with company policies and procedures
