Job Summary
To support a growing Professional Services sales team, the full-time remote Associate Account Partner will identify customer needs, generate pipeline opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to position Salesforce services effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and create new qualified opportunities within the current customer base, progressing deals through a sales cycle to closed won
- Engage with the license sales team and customers using a consultative selling approach to position Salesforce Services as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with business development and core selling teams on account strategy to ensure customers optimize their Salesforce investment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience with a track record of developing relationships at the Director, VP, or C-level
- Experience navigating complex customer situations and gaining executive-level buy-in
- Ability to prioritize and perform effectively under pressure with strong analytical skills
- Expertise in facilitating meetings and presenting to executive-level audiences
- Knowledge of business processes related to Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support
