Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare portfolio, the remote Associate Account Supervisor will manage client accounts, develop strategic communications plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client reputation and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring project deadlines are met and potential barriers are addressed
• Create comprehensive communication plans and develop targeted messaging to elevate client reputation and engagement
• Participate in cross-functional teams to execute integrated strategies and provide strategic guidance aligned with client objectives

Required qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in healthcare strategy, focusing on strategic communications
• Exceptional writing skills and experience in developing integrated communications strategies
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience working in a consulting firm
• Understanding or willingness to learn about managed care models and healthcare reimbursement
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a self-starter mentality
