Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Accountant - Fund Coordinator will manage claim fund requests, perform daily ECHO balancing, and maintain claims accounts for assigned clients.

Key responsibilities

• Request claim funds and ensure accurate daily ECHO balancing
• Maintain claims accounts for clients in assigned libraries
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of accounting or finance experience in an office environment
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail in work processes
