Associate Accounts Receivable Representative

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle process, the full-time Associate Accounts Receivable Representative will manage patient account follow-up, ensure accurate payments from primary and secondary payers, and resolve denials in a fast-paced regional business office environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely follow-up on patient accounts for accounts receivable reporting
• Manage communication with insurance companies to resolve payment issues and denials
• Meet cash collection metrics and goals while maintaining professional behavior and teamwork

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Recent healthcare denials and appeals experience
• Familiarity with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and reading medical policies from payers
