Associate Actuary

Job Summary

Associate Actuary, a full-time position responsible for leading actuarial model development and testing, ensuring high-quality models to support business decisions and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Prophet model development and testing for various product types while adhering to Model Risk Management policies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand model changes, develop test plans, and assist in model acceptance
• Document processes, compile and analyze data, and provide guidance and training to other actuarial associates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 4-7 years of related actuarial experience
• Advanced knowledge of actuarial model architecture and development using FIS Prophet
• Understanding of life insurance and/or annuity products and relevant regulations
• Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries designation is desired
