Associate Actuary - ASA Required

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Associate Actuary - ASA Required will conduct analysis, pricing, and risk assessment for Medicaid, managing health plan-specific actuarial needs and producing reports while working remotely from anywhere in the Continental United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for actuarial forecasting activities for assigned health plans
• Develop probability tables and analyze the impact of legislative changes on financial outcomes
• Create and update actuarial reports while collaborating cross-functionally to improve insights into results

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) or equivalent international certification
• At least 2 years of actuarial experience
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and model building
• Experience with Medicaid forecasting and healthcare cost drivers
