Job Summary

Providing operational and administrative support to the Admissions team, the full-time Associate Admissions Coordinator will maintain prospective student records, assist with application processing, and manage inbound communication while working a rotating schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and update prospective student records within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Generate reports to support Admissions performance and assist with application processing
  • Monitor and respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring a high level of responsiveness
Required qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Anthology
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
  • Reliable and responsive in handling inbound communication
