Associate AI Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting a new Finance AI Transformation, the full-time Associate AI Engineer will build production tools to automate workflows across corporate functions, engaging directly with stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Release production tools prioritized by business impact and engage with business stakeholders to define technical requirements
• Build headless, API-first tools that are both human- and AI-agent callable, ensuring clean design and structured outputs
• Document workflows and reusable patterns to enhance the efficiency of the Finance AI Transformation function

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience using AI-paired development environments like Claude Code or GitHub Copilot to contribute to working applications
• Strong proficiency in Python, including data manipulation and API integration
• Familiarity with at least one additional programming language such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, Java, or C#
• Working knowledge of API design, version control, and basic CI/CD concepts
