Associate AI Product Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the tactical delivery of AI projects, the full-time remote Associate AI Product Manager will manage training sessions, maintain project backlogs, and document requirements while collaborating closely with AI Product Managers and client teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver trainings and workshops for client teams, building and refining skills with client champions
• Maintain use case backlogs and document requirements for AI projects to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare executive readout materials and keep engagement artifacts current across multiple workstreams

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, enablement/L&D, or product client-facing delivery
• Strong AI fluency with daily use of frontier tools and an understanding of their capabilities
• Facilitation and presentation skills, comfortable teaching and demonstrating to diverse audiences
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts and workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written communication skills, producing clear and concise documentation without jargon
