Associate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst to support contract compliance monitoring between pharmacy benefit managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PBM Monitoring Insights from start to finish
• Validate claims and communicate discrepancies with PBMs, delivering final reports to clients
• Prepare charts, reports, and presentations summarizing analytical findings for client meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare consulting, benefits administration, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, or Statistics related field
