Associate Analyst

Job Summary

Associate Analyst, this full-time position involves supporting contract compliance monitoring between pharmacy benefit managers and clients, validating data, and preparing client reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of PBM Monitoring Insights from start to finish
• Validate claims and communicate with PBMs about discrepancies, delivering final reports to clients
• Prepare charts, reports, and presentations summarizing analytical findings for client meetings

Qualifications & Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare consulting, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
• Bachelor's degree in a Business, Finance, or Statistics related field
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
