Associate Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

An organization is seeking an Associate Analytics Engineer for their Central Analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build data models and pipelines to provide actionable insights and accommodate needs from cross-functional partners and distributed analysts
• Develop suites of standard KPIs/metrics and define how data is modeled and warehoused for access by teams and analysts
• Ensure data quality and documentation, and champion data-informed decision making

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience as a BI or Analytics Engineer, business intelligence analyst, or data analyst at a tech company; or an advanced degree without experience
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or other quantitative field
• Proficiency in SQL and knowledge of modern data warehouse and pipeline tools
• Knowledge of data modeling and schema design concepts best practices
• Experience in healthcare industry and proficiency in Python (Object Oriented programming) is a plus
