Associate Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Participate in project planning sessions and monitor project progress
• Promote excellent customer service and collaborate with other departments for training and support on applications

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or 2 years of college preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare or related industry required
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in technology and/or healthcare preferred
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts
• All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
