Associate Application Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic global team, the full-time remote Associate Application Solutions Engineer will support technology infrastructure by resolving product issues, monitoring production environments, and automating processes while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor the production environment and ensure smooth functioning during support shifts and emergencies
• Analyze and resolve technical problems by understanding business operations and product features
• Document processes and perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and changes

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience with utilizing REST APIs
• Proven experience in setting and achieving challenging goals
• Demonstrated persistence in overcoming obstacles and taking calculated risks
• Basic understanding of MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle database programming/administration
