Associate Application Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic global team, the full-time Associate Application Solutions Engineer will support technology infrastructure, resolve product issues, and ensure smooth production operations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor the production environment and manage production support shifts, including off-hour emergencies
• Analyze technical problems, develop complex queries for reporting, and automate production processes
• Document processes and perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• Experience utilizing REST APIs
• Proven track record of setting and achieving challenging goals
• Demonstrated persistence and ability to overcome obstacles
• Basic understanding of MySQL/SQL Server/Oracle database programming/administration
