Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Application Support Engineer EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Provide tier support for Line of Business applications and collaborate with IT and end users
Proactively improve system uptime and coordinate software patching and upgrades
Assist with service desk functions including desktop support and inventory management

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience preferred
1-2 years of experience in Engineering, Information Technology, or similar roles
Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and SQL Database Design is preferred
Intermediate knowledge of SQL query language
Understanding of Linux, VMware, and storage systems is a plus
