Associate Applications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Applications Analyst, ETO.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the Change Management and Problem Management processes
• Analyze incident data to identify significant issues and track them to resolution
• Document Disaster Recovery details and coordinate testing and validation with IT support teams

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of ITIL processes
• 3 to 7 years of experience in technology or process roles
• 4-year degree in business, information systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience with ServiceNow preferred
• ITIL Foundations certification preferred
