Associate Archival Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Archival Producer (Temporary) to support the Post Production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, review, and verify that all materials used in content are properly cleared and licensed
• Conduct archival research, organize project assets, and maintain internal archival databases
• Manage workflow and archival usage from rough cut to final lock cut, including building shot sheets and tracking footage changes

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a fast-paced television environment preferred
• Basic understanding of clearance laws, including fair use and public domain
• Familiarity with archival vendors
• Experience with music cue sheets is a plus
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
