Bringing a sharp visual eye and a passion for performance creative, the full-time Associate Art Director (Video) will concept, produce, and iterate video ads across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and produce video creative from brief to delivery under the guidance of senior creative leads
• Edit video content directly, ensuring polished and effective ads that align with performance goals
• Stay updated on platform trends and cultural shifts to keep creative work fresh and impactful

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in video creative, art direction, or production, preferably in a performance agency or content studio
• Proven track record of contributing to video creative for paid channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Strong visual instincts with an eye for design, composition, and pacing
• Fluency in video editing tools, capable of cutting and iterating ads independently
• Curiosity about performance creative and understanding of effective hooks, pacing, and calls to action
