Associate Asset Management

Job Summary

Associate Asset Management is a full-time position focused on optimizing portfolio returns and cash generation across utility and C&I solar assets through financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and compliance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly and quarterly investor reports and compliance certificates
• Support annual budgeting, perform variance analysis, and update forecasts
• Process accounts payable payments and assist with debt service scheduling and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Energy, or related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, treasury/accounts payable, or asset management support
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and variance analysis
• Familiarity with investor/lender reporting conventions and cash waterfall mechanics preferred
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems and BI tools is a plus
