Associate Attorney - Florida Licensed

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Associate Attorney - Florida Licensed will draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements while providing outside general counsel support in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including stock purchase and employment agreements
• Support clients on corporate structuring and governance matters, such as operating and shareholder agreements
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions while analyzing legal and regulatory issues

Required qualifications:

• 3-6 years of legal experience, preferably in commercial transactional practice
• Active admission in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
