Associate Behavioral Health Manager

Job Summary

Supporting patients with cancer, the full-time Associate Behavioral Health Manager will deliver care through the Collaborative Care Model, working remotely Monday to Friday to enhance mental health outcomes and integrate behavioral health support within oncology practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a trusted, effective working relationship with the partner oncology practice team
• Support the identification and intake of patients needing behavioral health support within the oncology group
• Provide brief behavioral interventions and facilitate patient engagement and follow-up care

Required qualifications

• 1-4 years of relevant experience in a behavioral health, healthcare, or oncology setting (preferred)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required
• Working toward, license-eligible, or currently holding a relevant license (preferred but not required)
• Relevant internship or work experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow professionally in behavioral health therapeutic interventions
