Associate Benefit Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Associate Benefit Analyst will partner with clients and stakeholders to implement and maintain pharmacy benefit requirements within the RxCLAIM adjudication system, ensuring accurate and timely processing of benefit requests.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze benefit requests and secure necessary data for implementation in the RxCLAIM system
• Implement and maintain benefit requirements according to client specifications and turnaround times
• Perform validation of system configurations and respond to claims processing inquiries from cross-functional departments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of healthcare experience
• Experience with RxCLAIM or other claim adjudication systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours
