Associate Benefit Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Benefit Specialist - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze benefit requests and secure necessary data for implementation in the RxCLAIM adjudication system
• Implement and maintain benefit requirements according to client intent and turnaround time
• Perform validation of system benefit configuration and respond to claims processing inquiries

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of healthcare experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work any shift during normal business hours, including occasional overtime or weekends
