Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Benefit Specialist to manage pharmacy benefit implementations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze benefit requests and implement requirements within the RxCLAIM adjudication system
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain and update benefits
- Perform validation of system configurations and respond to claims processing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- Experience with RxCLAIM or other claim adjudication systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
