Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Benefit Specialist to manage pharmacy benefit implementations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze benefit requests and implement requirements within the RxCLAIM adjudication system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain and update benefits
  • Perform validation of system configurations and respond to claims processing inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience
  • Experience with RxCLAIM or other claim adjudication systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
