Job Summary

Associate Benefits Operations Analyst, responsible for supporting new business and customer service functions in a full-time role, focusing on contract administration and complex transactions within Workforce Benefits and Medical Stop Loss business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage systems setup and create contract documents for Workforce Benefits and Medical Stop Loss products
• Administer in-force contracts, including updates and renewals, while ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Train and develop team members, and lead unit projects and process innovations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in insurance operations, policy administration, or contract processing
• High school diploma required
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Interest in becoming a subject matter expert and resource for the team
• Proactive in improving processes and supporting projects
