Associate Benefits Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the implementation process for small group employee benefit plans, the full-time Associate Benefits Operations Analyst will oversee customer onboarding, coordinate with multiple operational areas, and serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, initially supporting a 10-month migration project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of small group employee benefit plans
• Support all phases of the Dearborn-to-Symetra migration project
• Coordinate implementation activities with various internal teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance or three to five years of equivalent experience
• Strong project management skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Access
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
