Associate Biostatistics Research Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting a range of internal business partners, the full-time remote Associate Biostatistics Research Analyst will analyze and process data, build and maintain models, and develop dynamic reporting solutions across clinical, operational, and financial domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing data to create actionable reports and data-driven solutions
• Assisting consultants with business intelligence data for predictive analytics and implementing new tools
• Identifying performance measures and statistical metrics to enhance reporting accuracy

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor's degree in any discipline with 2 years of experience, or a Master's Degree/Ph.D. with no experience
• Experience in data analysis or research, with flexibility in specific tools used
• Familiarity with AI tools for data querying and analysis
• Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS) is desirable
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
