Associate Brand Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Brand Manager, Premium Chocolate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of brand strategies and plans for the premium chocolate portfolio
• Translate long-term growth strategies and innovation roadmaps into actionable brand plans
• Monitor brand performance and synthesize results into recommendations for optimization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Strategy, or a related business role
• Experience in CPG or consumer marketing preferred; familiarity with syndicated data tools required
• Advanced technical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams
