Job Summary
Supporting innovation initiatives, the full-time Associate Brand Manager will drive data-informed decision-making, lead product renovations, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute projects from concept to launch in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Own ongoing performance tracking across innovation and renovation platforms
- Analyze market data to identify trends and inform pipeline prioritization
- Drive execution of innovation projects through the stage-gate process
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in brand management for CPG Food, Personal Products, or OTC brands
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Circana data analysis and project management is a plus
