Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commercialization of innovation projects through stage gate process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute innovation initiatives
• Develop insights from market data and lead concept generation for innovation platforms

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or General Management
• Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative
• Strong project and timeline management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
