Associate Brand Protection Analyst

Job Summary

Fluently speaking French, the full-time Associate Brand Protection Analyst will support customers in enforcing brand rights and recovering domain names through cease and desist letters and domain disputes while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to customers for comprehensive brand protection strategies
• Conduct background investigations and analyze websites to identify trademark infringement
• Manage enforcement cases and coordinate with internal teams for domain name transfers

Required qualifications

• Fluency in French is required
• Paralegal certificate or relevant experience in Intellectual Property Law preferred
• Experience in a technical or data analysis role is beneficial
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
• Previous experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus
