Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst to improve processes and efficiency within internal applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business needs, processes, and workflows related to internal applications
• Translate business requirements into user stories and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• 1-2 years of experience in product management and/or business analysis in a software environment
• Basic knowledge of business or systems analysis
• Experience in creating user stories and process documentation is a plus
• Experience with Direct Marketing and Database Marketing preferred
