Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather and review business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Prepare documentation of business processes and collaborate on implementation strategies with technical teams
• Provide client support during the UAT phase and deliver training on software and solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in business analysis or related field
• Experience in creating detailed user and operational documentation
• Familiarity with delivering functional training and demos
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Experience with healthcare integration platforms is a plus
