Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Business Analyst to support data conversion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners
Analyze source data to develop accurate crosswalk mapping files for data conversions
Ensure timely completion of data conversions to meet client effective dates

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in data analysis with a strong understanding of data storage and manipulation
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work extended hours during peak project times
Experience in developing operational solutions in cross-functional teams is preferred
Experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or healthcare industry is a plus
